From North Raleigh:
Take 98 to Creedmoor Road (50) into the town of Creedmoor. In front of Southern States Store, turn left onto Highway 56. Go past the I-85 exchange and continue until you reach Butner (several miles). At the light, turn right onto Central Avenue and continue to follow the signs to the "Polk Youth Center." Go past the Center and you will come to a "T." Turn left onto Old 75. Go past the Federal Prison Complex and immediately on your right is Amed Road (gravel). Nursery parking is on the left.

From Downtown Raleigh:
Take I-40 West to exit 283-B (540 to US 70) 4.1 miles, to exit 4B (70 West to Durham) 7.1 miles, to split (take 70 BYPASS Greensboro) 1.9 miles, to I-85 North. Take I-85 North to exit 182 and make a left. Go 3.8 miles to "T" and turn right. Go .1 mile to second "T" and turn left. Go .5 miles to 3rd "T" and turn right onto Old 75. Go 3.1 miles to Amed Road (gravel) on the left.

From Hillsborough area:
Take St. Mary's Road, which becomes Mason Road, until you reach 501. Turn left and proceed a short distance until you see the entrance to Treyburn, which is a right onto Orange Factory Road. Continue until Orange Factory ends in a "T." Turn right onto Stagville Road until Stagville ends in a "T." Turn left onto Old 75. Go 2 miles to Amed Road (gravel) on your left. Nursery parking is on the left.

From Chapel Hill, South Durham:
Take 15-501 to 85 North. Take exit 182 (Red Mill Road exit) and turn left. Go 3.8 miles to "T" and turn right. Go .1 mile to second "T" and turn left. Go .5 miles to 3rd "T" and turn right onto Old 75. Go 3.1 miles to Amed Road (gravel) on the left.

From Bragtown area of Durham:
Take Old Oxford Highway at Oxford Commons Shopping Center. Go 8.6 miles and turn left onto Amed Road (gravel).
